Swoop Airlines complaint: We were denied boarding

My complaint:

Our reservation was T6REQM, Rolf and Grace Nosterud

We got to the gate with over 15 min before takeoff.
We were told that we were paged and didn’t answer. Our tickets were given to someone else.
We are seniors with hearing aids so we didn’t hear the page.
We had stopped for a sandwich and it took a bit longer than we were told. One worker flippantly told they can do this. It is all online. Today, I tried to find where a seat can be taken that far in advance and can find nothing on line.
The other workers were very uncomfortable but said they couldn’t do anything.

Suggested solution:

I feel out flights were wrongly taken from us. I had to rebook for the next day at much higher rates. We not only lost the money from the original fare we had paid but had to book another one way ticket at the price of $249 each. We have used Swoop many times and have always been very happy. We will be much more cautious now. We feel we deserve some restitution...
