My complaint:
My complaint is that within 48 hours of booking my flights from Winnipeg Abbotsford and back home to Winnipeg, Swoop Airline not only canceled the flights but permanently remove Winnipeg as a departure or destination from their business model. The airlines position was and still remains to use COVID-19 as a blanket excuse for the cancelationlateness of flights and even removal of locations even after numerous calls, email, text and online chats as well a written request. The requested resolution of a full refund to the original payment method is very simple and warranted, especially due to verified by Swoop Airlines that Winnipeg has been entirely removed for current and future travel.
