My complaint:
I thought i would get to my destination without any trouble surfacing. From Toronto you get a 15 hr layover, then you fly to Ottawa with a 2.5 hr layover, and jump on another plane to Montreal, arriving to my destination the following day at noon in St John Newbrunswick. I had a funeral to Attend the 14th not the 15th, which i missed. Someone has to be accountable for this ad I am very angry
Suggested solution:
By getting back to me, and tell me why i had to board 2 planes on the way to my destination... no need for that garbage.
