My complaint:
Sitting in row 15 and our row was called for preboarding. One in my party was in the washroom. Attempted to approach gate to tell them that. Young woman came rushing at me SCREAMING that we must get temp checked. Ok no problem but no one had told us even at check in.
Got in line man named Mark temp checked us and took exception to me looking at his badge. I said nothing. He started coming on to me about how I looked at him (i have a mask on the entire time) I just said the lady didnt need to scream at me. He made a spectacle of me telling me I had to sit down and wait for a manager since I obviously had an issue. Never once did I ask to see a manager or say I had an issue. His name is Mark and he said he was a manager.
Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. He targeted me. I felt awful.
Suggested solution:
I need an apology and perhaps your employees need anger management training. He clearly was extremely angry. At no time did I say anything to him, he took exception to my look.
