My complaint:
Flight from Hamilton to Halifax. Halifax has covid restrictions as they have extended the timeframe. We can’t fly there. Swoop will not give us credit. We are loosing $964.18 CAD. When on the phone, they will not elevate my call to a manager. No one cares at Swoop. Very frustrating.
Suggested solution:
Just give us a travel credit. We want to fly but until the province opens up their doors we are not allowed to go there. Swoop even shows no flights in the future so we cannot modify the flight if we wanted to.
I am pretty much in the same boat. The very same thing happened to me and now basically their telling me too bad we can’t do anything because it states in the policy and procedure
