My complaint:

This is my first experience with swoop

I have used this exact same bag on multiple airlines without issue in the past. I typically fill it half way and throw in some clothes. I was extremely surprised when boarding agent Sophia made me put my bag in the fitting chart. I was successfully able to make it fit, as it was se just clothes.

It clearly fit and Sophia indicated that regardless I would need to pay. Contrary to what was advised on the sign. Once I pointed out the sign to Sophia she indicated that it is a full flight and it’s too bad. And unless I pay $70 I wouldn’t be allowed to board the flight.

This is extremely bad business, as I even measured my bag prior to the flight to avoid this.

Although the other boarding agent was fine with it Sophia interjected and refused to board me.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back for the check in bag. I have attached a picture of my bag in the size requirement box. And the sign itself.
