My complaint:
Our flight to Cancun has changed multiple times and we would like to proceed with the refund. It has been a nightmare coordinating with our Hotel staff to update our check-in details and accommodation from the airport. This time our hotel refused to accept our request of updating the schedule and my wife is pregnant so we can’t take risk of waiting at airport.
