My complaint:
Me and my friend Maegan and her Grandbaby where flying from Edmonton to Hamilton Ontario and i got charged for my one carry-on bag 73.50 which i should have not been charged for i would like my money back i was not charged when i came from Victoria Bc to Edmonton so why am i charged know ? i have the Receipt to i would like a refund back it was Jan 19 th @16:06:19 is what is says on the Receipt
