My complaint:
I was refused entry on my booked and paid for flight: due to the inability of the agents to communicate in English ( HOMOPHOBIC) SUPERVISOR. The SUPERVISOR called the FEDERAL POLICE I and my husband were detained with MACHINE GUNS POINTED at us. After being told to leave. As I was walking away your SUPERVISOR , who had his identification badge turned, so I could not Identify him, called us fucken faggats He had previously identified himself as a FEDERAL AGENT

With the only one speaking was the SWOOP AIRLINE SUPERVISOR to the FEDERAL POLICE ( which stood 1 12 head over me. And he translated advised by the SWOOP SUPERVISOR:FOR tHE POLICE
A) our passport would be seized and we would go to JAIL
B) we would be put at our expense on the next INTERNATIONAL Flight out of the country.
After being refused passage: I managed to locate and speak to the ONLY ENGLISH SPEAKING information agent. He suggested to go to WESTJET Airlines and discuss my situation with them, he suggested I request to speak to the supervisor.
When I approached the counter there was the same HOMOPHOBIC SUPERVISOR who advised me that he was Also the SUPERVISOR for WESTJET,
and he advised me that my husband and I were banned from flying Both SwoopAirlines and WEST JET.
And if we didn’t leave his counter he would summon the FEDERAL POLICE and have us taken into custody.
He single handedly under your employ SWOOP AIRLINES AND WEST JET stranded us in Mexico.
Suggested solution:
I want to be reimbursed for the original entire flight
I want to be reimbursed the extra flight and travell costs
I want documentation that your SUPERVISOR has been dealt with severe consequences
I also want your airlines to communicate with the Mexican Authorities that this man was out of line and ANY blemishes on our passport be removed from this incident.
AND MOST OF ALL AN APOLOGY!!!!
