My complaint:
Sold round trip tickets from Hamilton, ON to Sanford Orlando, Fla. Identification for traveler was a NEXUS number. Boarding pass issued with a NEXUS identification card. Arrived at Sanford International and was refused entry to the US do to using a NEXUS. Our vacation was disrupted and money lost on Resorts booked and airfare. Had we not been sold the tickets, we would have had the proper identification.

Reimbursement for our flights
