My complaint:
I booked a ticket to fly on the 31 January 2020 and the flight was canceled for bad weather I managed to reschedule however I could not reschedule the return one since I was no longer going. I tried to cancel or reschedule but it would not let mr I called the customer service no one answered please advise me what to do because I will not rest until I get my money

Refund me my money
