Swoop Airlines complaint: 13 hour delay on departure to trip

My complaint:

We checked in at 9:30 am for our 11:40 flight and then got many emails within minutes of each other saying our departure time was changed the last and final one till 12:30 due to weather. We understand the orignal flight being delayed because of fog but to delay for 13 hrs right off the get go and other airlines still leaving and landing at abbotsford airport when swoop said they could not land due to weather in abbotsford. Then went to discuss with swoop people at the ticket booth and they started saying weather delays and they couldn’t do anything then I asked why west jet was able to land two different flights in abbotsford that afternoon so why could swoop not and she then said they dont have enough planes to accomodate if any weather issues come up. Im still confused as to where the plane was that we were supposed to be taking to abbotsford and why west jet was able to depart and land in abbotsford and swoop was still lieing and trying to claim it was weather issues.
