Swoop Airlines complaint: lack of knowledge with customer service industry

My complaint:

on April 26 2021 @ 12 pm ONTARIO time i called the SWOOP AIRLINES customer care i waited 25 minutes a rude agent was on the line she said i cant hear she hang up on me .
i called again on 12 03 pm local time ONTARIO someone else pick up the phone i try to explained my situations and she never listen it me at all

finally i got talk to ( HEYDY) I try to resolve the problem with her with booking but she said to me we cant help you out,

when i booked essential flight on MAY27 TO 31 from YYZ TO YXX because i have meeting for my SON who has AUTISM on MAY 28 In B,C THERE the B.C GOVEREMNT SAID province to province travel is banned , and also this morning i received the email with
20% off CAN20 on SWOOP AIRLINES .
the tickets was $ 800 with 1 large bags and i saw $ 559 include 1 large bag with that price,
i told the agent very polity to give me the difference in price or issue me the difference in future flight on SWOOP ,
LOTS airlines will do that i contact me MPP office there told me to complaint to the MINSTRY OF ATAC CANADA .
I BEEN FLOW WITH swoop MANY TIMES I LIKE THE SERVICE BUT THIS TIME I WOULD GIVE THE AIRLINES ZERO STAR.

Suggested solution:

honor me the price in difference since the travel ban is in effect in B,C
$559 WITH 1 LARGE SUITCASE.
