My complaint:
I want to cancel my flight because of covid. i cannot go out of Atlantic bubble as my flight is from halifax to edmonton. Also I paid extra money to modify my ticket but I am not seeing any tickets for November How can I modify? I called swoop, the agent was so rude and bad customer service I ever had. I don’t know what to do.
Suggested solution:
I said I want to speak to manager, Agent said they don’t have any manager. How is that possible?
