My complaint:
I have been trying to cancel my flight to Florida for 2 weeks due to health concerns because of the Corona Virus. I am 72 and have health issues. I have tried following their instructions to cancel without success and even tried calling them but cannot get through. My flight no is WO751, réservation code PZI6SB.
Suggested solution:
As per their latest announcement there will be a cancellation fee of $150 and the remainder will be returned in the form of a credit. The company needs to honour this commitment.
