My complaint:
We were plannning to fly from Hamilton to Edmonton on November 26, 2020 returning November 30,2020.
On November 25, 2020, the province of Alberta issued a new enhanced public measures. In this enhanced meaure, among other things, is limiting the wedding attendance to 10 people.
Based on this ‘ provinve-wise enhanced meausure the wedding is been cancelled. Since our flight was to attend the wedding and the wedding is been cancelled, we wanted to request a refund or credit we can use for future tflights.
Suggested solution:
What we are asking it a refund or credit for future flights. But the carries- Swoop airlines- is refusing to do anything. Basically, the are telling us to flight or lose everything.
