My complaint:

Lorna Mutch Albert Deneve reservation code was D7RSSG March 10, 2023, were scheduled to leave Puerto Vallarta at 3:00 PM flight WO621. Swoop announced that they were looking for 5 volunteers to give up their seats and fly the next day. Swoop said they would pay $500.00 Canadian to those 5 people and pay for the hotel, transportation and meal. Albert and I volunteered. We had the room paid for, it was booked at the Hotel Hacienda de Vallarta Centro reservation number 1472381357. We had to pay for our own transportation as no one seemed to know what was going on. We did not receive our $500.00. When we inquired about it at the time we were told it would be cash, and $500.00 each. I have sent on March 13, 2023 an email to swoop and I have heard nothing back from them at all. I am attaching the receipts for the taxi to and from the airport.

They should pay for our taxi expenses and send us the $500.00 cash promised to give up our seats.
