My complaint:
As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum I found the global news story today very Disturbing. If true you not only owe that family a very large apology but payment for their extra cost of getting to their holiday.
If that is your corporate policy and that of your parent airline I will be rethinking my preferred airline and removing both from the that list.
Very disappointed as i have enjoyed travelling with West Jet in the passed but less likely to do so going forward.
