My complaint:

placed an order at 330pm for a 630 pick up. arrived at curbside and let them know i was there. got a text saying it will be a 10 min wait. 25 mins later im on the phone with customer service, i was on hold for 20 mins before someone answered, (still no food) the person answered asked me questions then on hold for another 20 mins before someone else asked same questions and got some answers. by this time my husband called the store directly and and was told another 30 mins. (looking at 730 now before food) told by store to call customer service (already waiting to talk to someone 35 mins now). no one could help find food. the whole time watching drive thru people getting their food and leaving the place. Im upset that i ordered food for a 630 pick up (paid already) and didnt get my food until 740. to top it off it was cold and order was not right and containers only half full (gravy, sauce and fries etc).wasnt going to go back and wait another 45 mins for them to fix it or wait on the line for another hour to be told sorry. was given a $10 credit (woo hoo) for this. lets just say unsatisfied customer
