Swiss Chalet complaint: left out food items from prepaid order

My complaint:

I had ordered several large meals early in the day to be ready for curtsied pickup at 5pm. my order was missing four dinners and the wait inside my car was over 30 minutes over because I saw that they were giving skip the dishes drivers their orders first. and they were busy but I would like to be compensated for those items I did not receive.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back for the items I did not receive that was four 14 chicken dinners with 8 pieces shrimp. However,I did receive the other items in my large order just not the main meals.
