My complaint:
I have called three times to order for delivery. All times I called they said delivery was not available or a temporary hold on delivery. All times were before or just after 5pm. The one time the operator put me through to the location , I was on hold then disconnected. I did go one time to pick it up but this is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know the reasons for not being able to delivery and be able to order next time for delivery.
