I placed an order on Dec 31.20 and was expecting my order at 7pm; at 8:05 I followed up on the order; then again at 8:45pm at which time I was told by Kimberly that they food will be delivered but due to inconvenience, I would received a credit of the order and the food. Well, the food NEVER arrived, my tracking system stopped tracking and told me my order not found, and then the credit did not include the 15% tip. I was extremely disappointed that no one bother to follow-up to say that they ran out of food or that I wouldn’t be getting any food at all. I finally opened a can of soup at 10:pm. This was an awful way to end my 2020.
Since I was promised the meal - Swiss Chalet should deliver the meal as promised on Saturday or Sunday (Jan 1or 2nd) and I also want my reimbursement of the tip I paid since no driver never showed up.
