My complaint:

My husband and I went to stay at a Air BNB for the night. We decided to order Swiss Chalet because neither of us had had it in years and we don’t have a Swiss Chalet close to where we live.
I went online and I tried to order and my order kept saying it couldn’t complete. I call the number that came up. The woman that answered proceeded to take my ordered and I told her I wanted to pay at the door with my debit she said that was not a option because they didn’t have debit at the door.
The Swiss Chalet wasn’t far away and because we didn’t have cash just debit we decided we would pick it up. We ordered to festive meals on a quarter chicken with dark meat and the other with white meat and he go fries for his side.
We proceeded to go and get the order and we came back to the Air BNB and we opened up our meal and there was no skin on his chicken and the fries where cold and under cooked. I called the same number back to complain about these issues and after I told her all of me information we lost the call so I had to call back and tell someone else the same information in total i was on the phone with these people for over a hour. i was eating my meal as i was on the phone and noticed that inside my piece of chicken was very pink I mentioned it to the woman on the phone after she was done specking with me she said she would rush the replacement orders over so i suspected she was replacing mine as well because of the pink chicken I had. 45 minutes went by and they should up with only the one replacement meal, I was very disappointed and very tired of talking on the phone I feel as though it ruined out night out that we paid to be away and relax this experience was defiantly not relaxing!!!!!

Suggested solution:

I would like to be reimbursed for my time spent over the phone and my evening that was ruined. I would like to be reimbursed the 120 dollars for my Air BNB. I do not want another meal we did not enjoy your food at all the quality of your food is defiantly not the same as it use to be years ago the quality and customer service was extremely poor.
