My complaint:
Yesterday July 16 2020, my family placed an order online at 12:09, just after noon. The order was for my entire family, two adults and seven children. The order was almost 200.00. Two hours later we received a call from the restaurant advising us that the delivery drivers refused to deliver to our area, Maitland Ontario, approximately a ten minute drive from the restaurant. We were then given the option to pick up or cancel, the individual on the phone did not seem to care which.
Suggested solution:
We requested reparations for the inconvenience and the attitude of the person making the call. It is bad enough the drivers dictate where they will or will not deliver but to have a person who is rude and unwilling to make any kind of accommodation is unacceptable.
