My complaint:
I order almost every 2 week from huntsville 150 hanes road location. And my order is always same double leg dinner but from 3 straight times im bot been getting the food i order. First i dont get fresh chicken, its very hard. As i also mention again n again but i never complain back cause i dont like complaining but i mention that every time i order the chicken is not fresh but i still get bad quality. The salad as well i order without cheese and i get cheese on it. I just want that please the chicken i order i should get fresh. But i wasn’t satisfied . This time as well is it be okay if i can get any credit or anything?
Suggested solution:
I never complain on anything, I dont like to complain on any service. But now it happened straight 3 times in a row so i thought i should contact you. I didn’t had the meal i got today so i just want some kind of credit.
