My complaint:

On Sat., March 21, 2021 I placed a pick-up order at approx. 5:50 pm. for pick-up at the Swiss Chalet restaurant on Wyecroft Road in Oakville, On.
I ordered, b phone, 2 – 14 all white Chicken and Shrimp dinners. I gave the girl on the phone my Scene number and said I also have a CAA card and she said to ask at the restaurant as to what I would like. She said order would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove the 1.5 Km to Swiss, when I arrived a few minutes later, I could see my order with my name LOIS marked on the bag. A couple ahead of me took some time ordering and showing a scene card, etc. When it was my turn, I asked the young girl if I could get a Pecan Pie by giving her my CAA card. She had to ask someone, yes I could have a pie and then it took quite some time for her to keep punching in ’s and then asking for assistance with same.
I finally got out drove the 1.5 km home. I had my dishes warming in the oven to put my husband’s and my meals on. There was only ONE CONTAINER OF 8 SHRIMP, NOT TWO. THE Chickenfries and rice were barely warm and I had to reheat them. Very disappointed in not having the 2 containers of shrimp.
I do have my receipt for same if you want to check it.

Suggested solution:

Hmmmm. A free dinner for two would be the honest thing to do since only 2or 3 weeks before that we were seated inside same restaurant and had the exact meal and we loved it that much to do a pick-up this time that unfortunately wasn’t good.
