My complaint:

Feb.1421 … tonight I ordered a dinner for our family, my treat to my loved ones on Valentines day. We waited 45 minutes for the meal (not outrageous) but when it arrive we were missing 2 main items from the order … a half rack of ribs, and an order of mashed potatoes with gravy. My son had to eat 1 12 hours later. The problem was that when I called I got a bunch of im sorry BUTs we are busy, we have over 100 orders, I can’t get it 2 you for a couple of hours etc. This is the second time in a row that my order was ruined. Last time the ribs were burned and they turned them over hoping I wouldn’t notice. This is bad business practice. We live in a small city and for this to happen twice in a row, to one person is not good business. No one tried to make this right … also not good business. My order was well over $100. not a small amount for me. I was very disappointed.

Suggested solution:

I received the missing items 1 12 hours later ... after the rest of my family had eaten. They could have comp. one meal or refunded the missing items and send them in a cab ... something.
