My complaint:
The french fries they served us last night were very overdone (almost burnt) and dry. I brought it to the waitress’s attention and her answer was that they were always that way in this restaurant because the machine is set up that way. This was our second time at the new location on Rymal Rd. and we will not be back. We are long time patrons of Swiss Chalet and have always enjoyed our meals – but no more. In addition, the fries were just lukewarm, not hot.
Suggested solution:
We will leave that up to you to decide whether you want to keep us as clients or not. We were not pleased. We ordered three meals and not one of us was happy. There are too many places to eat to put up with inferior meals.
