My complaint:
My wife and I usually phone this restaurant on Highland Road Kitchener
to order our Swiss Chalet chicken. We usually get very good service
when we call in to order. Today we called in and we could hardly hear
or interpret the language of the person answring the telephone.
He told my wife to call back in an hour and someone would be there to
take the order. We decided not to call back of course and now we
feel that we may not ever buy from Swiss Chalet again.
I felt I should make a complaint and tell you about what happened.
