My complaint:
Sunday night tried to place an order at 902 I started calling at 9:30 I finally get through and somebody answers saying that I can no longer place an order because your store stopped delivering at 8:50 well nowhere on your website does it say that and it still says to this moment open till 10:00 a.m. excuse me 10:00 p.m. I’m on a speech system I apologize I tried to send you a sound clip telling you that I’m an attorney and the way that you guys treated me it won’t matter I’m going to sue you for $100 and that $100 is out of principal I asked several times for your executive corporate office email address they refused and nobody and nowhere can I find it online so I’ll send it here but tomorrow morning I will get your executive office email through my office Grillo law so please remember one thing when you speak to customers and you put things on your website that says that you’re open till 10:00 p.m. but you stop delivering at 9:00 you put that into what takes place on a Sunday night or every night of the week that you close at 11:00 you can’t take or place an order after 10:00 that is BS it’s also false advertising and misleading never mind the fact that if we don’t order through Uber eats or skip the dishes you guys just have no interest in delivering cuz your delivery drivers are too God damn lazy never mind the cardboard boxes you service food in it’s disgusting you ever seen what happens to our food after you put gravy or any type of sauce on your food in a cardboard box besides the fact that the cardboard boxes rip care and end up in your food I suggest you change that cuz it’s going to be one of the major things I bring to the judges attention is that you’re feeding people cardboard and the cardboard gets soggy and gets stuck in our food so unfortunately for you I took photos of the last time I ordered this time we had played and everything else set out so that we could eat but unfortunately your company misled deceived cheated if you will and placing an order because it didn’t come from skip the dishes or Uber eats and I have that recorded as well you get the recordings when the bailiff serves you with your court date and don’t forget you don’t show up for court it’s now 60 days mandatory in prison so I don’t care who shows up but I’m going to get your money and it’s not about the money it’s about the principal and the $100 I’ll donate to sick kids and you can keep that you understand keep that so that you have record of me stating that any money given to me out of this judgment will be given the sick kids hospital and your behavior by misleading and deceiving people because you hire these people you’re accountable
