My complaint:
I placed an order the night before that never arrived I spent over 2 hours the phone next day trying to explain what happened at this point I’m crying and I’m frustrated I tell Emily over the phone that I can’t calm down because I had to deal with my special needs son loosing his mind I had to pay for a respite worker today just to stay safe and I’ve spent almost $200 over food that didn’t even arrive, Emily have a good chuckle at my situation then hung up on me and I am done being treated with irrelevance.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and fire Emily.
