My complaint:
I wish to express my dissatisfaction about an order we had on May 11 from your 3400 Danforth Ave restaurant.
We ordered on the telephone and when I picked the order up asked why the CAA discount was not taken … the young lady said too bad too late. I told that CAA advertises a discount for CAA members at Swiss Chalet … she brought her supervisor to the cash who said it was too late as the order had already been charged to my wife’s credit card. I asked about the Scene points that were suppose to be on this order …. Again he stated too late order has been rung in ….
Why the information for the CAA card or her Scene points were not on the order I do not know I do know that my wife expressed a problem with the young lady on the phone as her command of English was not that strong. I still think we were entitled to the CAA saving as well as her Scene points.
Suggested solution:
Give us the CAA discount and Scene points
