My complaint:

Twice in the last two weeks I have ordered from Swiss Chalet. My order is always the same. ( look back at my history ). Both times they did not deliver any drink that I had ordered.
Normally I would have just let it go, but your prices are so outrageous in this town, I expect to get what I ordered.

Suggested solution:

They should have offered a refund or a discount on next order.
