My complaint:
I ordered dinner by phone at 6:05 pm for a 6:30 pick up at the store takeout. When I arrive I paid for my order that cost $115 I asked how long it would be and told a few minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes someone came out from the back with orders of walk ins placed after my arrival so I asked about my order the girl looked and showed me my order sitting behind the counter the entire time I had been waiting.
Suggested solution:
Follow up with other staff to see where the order is and how long it will be
