My complaint:

I ordered curbside pick up from swiss chalet for my wife to pick up, it said the food would be ready for 4:22 pm, 15 minutes after the order was placed, my wife advised that the drive thru was packed and cars were coming and going with two big bags per customer in the time that she spent in the curbside pickup location.. at 4:50pm an employee came out of the store stating he is the manager and my wife asked why it took so long and he advised that he never received a notification and began demanding proof that my wife got the notification that the food was ready, my wife showed him and he said that the food was probably waiting ready for 10-15 minutes, we spent $54.22 on the order using scene points to pay for most of it and now it feels like we wasted the points on cold food as she drove 15 minutes home with the cold food… not happy about this at all considering we have always enjoyed swiss chalet.. The manager saying he never received a notification is absurd considering that the order was ready and he could have glanced out the window to see my wife’s vehicle parked in the curbside parking spot, however instead blamed technology..

Suggested solution:

A voucher to cover this cold meal for the next time we want hot food.
