My complaint:

I ordered a 2 can dine for 16.99 Virgin mobile deal last night. At first, I only received 1 meal, which is not possible for 2 people to dine on. When I called to try to get this corrected, I was immediately yelled at, called a liar and told my order inly entitled me to one meal only. I tried to get someone else on the phone instead of this individual, which this person (who is incapable of listening) which this individual took as racist. I was again yelled at and told if I really wanted a free meal I would have to come and get it.

I then went back there which is a 20 minute drive each way and picked up the corrected meals. These meals were inedible.. The plate with fries had raw fries which had to be cooked to even try them. The chicken on both plates had been loaded with salt beyond a point that they could be eaten. What should have been chalet sauce was beef gravy, also overloaded with salt and non-edible. The salad for the one with salad instead of fries was also non-edible and looked like it was supposed to be in the garbage. 90% of the lettuce in it was rotten.

I tried to call this morning to complain. Once again, I got the same person on the phone who stated he is the manager and immediately started yelling at me. I was called a racist and a liar and to quit trying for free meals, I had already got one. I was then hung up on and told never to call them again.

This is not acceptable treatment and needs to be rectified. No person should be a manager of anything that cannot listen.

Suggested solution:

This person needs communications skills. I fail to understand how anyone is a manager of anything dealing with the pubic without them.

I want an apology and this person corrected so that no one else ever has to deal with this type of behavior.
