Swiss Chalet complaint: Order incorrect

My complaint:

I ordered a burger dinner and an order of spring rolls. I changed the fries to a poutine. I asked about the condiments and was told they would be in the bag. When I received my order it was the burger and the bun with cheddar only, no lettuce, tomato or onion as I usually receive in the restaurant. There were no condiments in the bag, only plum sauce for the spring rolls.My fries were not poutine. There was no receipt on the bag, just a ticket that stated the order and that it was Chk 5408 Jul 08, 20 at 5:30 p.m. The drive thru line up was too long to go back in and I could not go into the take out as I have severe arthritis, walk with a cane and it would have been far too difficult.

Suggested solution:

Since I paid $26 and change for this order and the burger was not great being it was plain and the fries were not poutine, I feel I should be reimbursed for the burger dinner. I did pay extra for the poutine as well.
