My complaint:
I placed an order for contactless deliver Tonight and had several problems with it: first it was delivered to an entirely different address than we supplied; second we ordered 2 diet Pepsi’s (one of us is diabetic) and got 2 regular Pepsi’s and third we ordered the mini donuts for dessert and the containers with the caramel and chocolate sauce were less than a third full. Overall this was very poor service and not impressed with our meal.
Suggested solution:
More attention needs to be paid to quality rather than speed and delivery personnel apparently need better training.
