Swiss Chalet complaint: terrible service

My complaint:

my service I received today was absolutely not what I expected it to be. First it took the workers 7 minutes to notice me and no it was not busy there was only 3 people dining in when I arrived then after we were seated it took 20 minutes to receive a menu. When we finally got our order taken for drinks and food 10 minutes after receiving a menu we ordered off the menu that I completely understand has to be shortened in this time. When I ordered off the menu i was told it was not available but it was on the menu so it was very unpleasant to hear. When one of the guests that were with me ordered a burger it was not expected that it would just be the meat and the burger. Another guest that was with me ordered the wings with mild sauce, the sauce given on the wings was not mild. After we finished eating and received the water bowls with lemon (which did not have lemon in them) the napkins placed on top were pushed into the water when we got them. One of my guests was asked if they wanted to pack up part of their meal, she politely declined as there was not much left. The waitress then asked again and told her a box was being given to them to pack up the little that was left on the plate after they declined they did want to pack it up twice. The overall service was just disgraceful. The restaurant was empty and had more then enough staff present to satisfy there customers. I’m very upset this happened to my guests and myself it was definitely uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

To resolve my complaints and bad service all I kindly ask is that my guests and myself have our bills refunded. We don’t feel like we should of had to pay for such poor service and food. There were minor complaints made in the restaurant but with so much gone wrong and our bills not being refunded my guests and I really felt the need to take it upon us to file a complaint. Thank you.
