Swiss Chalet complaint: Do NOT use VisaDebit

My complaint:

Ordered online and site gave an error while using VisaDebit card, then asked to try again. Same thing happened the second time. Then we decided to use another method of payment. Account was charged twice. Called the center and asked for a refund. 3 weeks later, still no refund! this is ridiculous! A simple refund should not be complicated.

Suggested solution:

Refunds should not be complicated!!
