My complaint:
Last time didn’t get one of our soup delivery to us and try to use the 5 off and didn’t work the second time , this time o place a order on my computer and them l call and the lady that l talk to say l order went through so l waited about a hour and the food didn’t come so l call them again and now they said they didn’t get the order that very bad service so l place another order again and they said l can’t used the $5 off and they don’t have broccoli soup again so l can’t the whole order l didn’t want anything call 5 time thang night about why l didn’t get the money off
Suggested solution:
Have us something for free because of they mistake on the phone line saying the order went through and it didn’t and l waiting for my food to come and decided to call to. See what happened and they said they did not get the order l don’t thicknesses l would order again from you
