My complaint:
I am a low income senior therefore I do not order takeout food very often. It is my treat when I do order.
Also I usually don’t complain but having problems twice with my Swiss Chalet orders. I am very upset
On Feb 1721 I ordered to be delivered double leg chicken and fries and pie. The dinner wasn’t very hot and the fries were soggy. I threw out the fries and warmed up the chicken. I really dislike food warmed up. The order took quite awhile to come.
On Mar 721 I ordered double leg chicken fries and and shrimp. The WHOLE meal was cold.
I had to warm up the whole meal. Fries came out terrible when heated so I threw them out. The chicken legs came out a bit dry.
I really dislike warmed up food. Tastes like leftovers which I never eat. This order took about 1 hr to arrive.
I ordered from the call center so I don’t know where either order came from.
Also I specifically asked for vinegar. When asked do I want condiments I said no just vinegar. With my order I received 7 packs of Ketchup, which I don’t eat but NO VINEGAR but it was on my order receipt
I will not be ordering again. This was a lot of money for me to spend for cold meals.
Suggested solution:
I believe these problems happened because delivery has too many orders at one time to deliver. It is difficult to keep meals warm for 1 hr. Also that is when fries get soggy.
I would like to get compensated in some way for these 2 meals that I didnt enjoy.
