My complaint:
Unfortunately we ordered an expensive meal this Evening through door dash. While the food was sent within a reasonable time, our 25$ rib and wing meal was completely burnt. The rib meat was completely dried and stuck to the bone and the smell of char was quite strong. We did take pictures to show you the ribs. My husband toughed it out and ate the wings but he couldn’t get through the ribs.
To top it off the chalet sauce was not included for fries and he received a whole wheat bun over the white he ordered. We have worked in the food industry and completely understand accidents do happen. Unfortunately in this case it looked like the burnt food was just masked by sauce.
