My complaint:
We placed an order with the swiss chalet toll free line, they delivered our order to 22 college toronto instead of 22 college in stratford. We finally got our order after 3 phone calls and an hour and half later.
Unacceptable service.
Suggested solution:
I received a gift card for my birthday however this was a very disappointing experience especially as a birthday gift.
I would appreciate a replacing $25.00 gift card for the lack of customer service and the error with delivering to the wrong address.
