Swiss Chalet complaint: Pick up order

My complaint:

My husband cannot fi I’d push his sandwich and my chicken is so dry I am not finishing mine.

Suggested solution:

I think with thirty years of regular takeout and dine in, we should be entitled to a voucher for several dinners.
