My complaint:

I’m not sure if anyone can connect with the ownerfranchise owner for this location??? I’m not sure how to contact them.
We had not ordered for 8 months due to having to wait in the pick up area with MY KIDS for an HOUR last time. Decided to try it again Monday evening ordered inline. Was given a 6:31 pickup (40 minutes from time of order placed). I had then hired a delivery service to pick up the order. They then waited ONE HOUR AFTER the 6:30 time. I had to make other arrangements for dinner as my kids could not eat at 8:00. I also morally owed the delivery driver a huge tip as he lost out on several other potential deliveries.
Our Facebook page for Woodstock has all sorts of similar complaints and worse – just not delivering at all, cancelling orders without notifications and excuses such as broken ovens and had to recoil everything to running out of food at 2pm.
Where is the owner????? Managers?? This is not acceptable in any manner.

Suggested solution:

The owner needs to resolve these issues. Various excuses is not taking responsibility.
