My complaint:

My sister preordered for a treat for my family at 430pm after 15 minutes they claimed it was just getting packed after 30 minutes they wanted to know what the order was after 40 minutes my husband who has Parkinson’s came shuffling in to look for me and I suggested I get a refund or free something and the manager came out and raised her voice at me implying that it was basically my fault I feel very sorry for her employees meanwhile at least 3 customers that ordered while I was there were served and received their food

Suggested solution:

Someone should explain customer service to this manager and I believe a gift card would be appreciated
