My complaint:
I ordered online 2 meals at 4:26pm, and everything went ok.
The order pickup time was 4:57pm
I arrived at 5pm sure that it was ready.
Payed the amount and they said it would take some time to have it ready.
Waited and waited, and everyone got their pickup, except us.
I asked twice when it would be ready.
The waitress said it would take a little more time.
After 5:20pm I was already impatient, because I had an appointment to attend and asked again how long.
Nothing and then I asked again why it is taking so long.
The waitress said 5 more minutes, then I gave up after she told me that they would be starting to prepare the meal ant it was already 5:30pm.
I canceled the order.
Nothing will pay me back my time spent waiting for this meal and the inconvenience for driving to be on time to pickup the order.
Suggested solution:
Please verify why they did this so no other customer will suffer as I did.
