My complaint:
January 12 615 picked up( order 3583)
Bag handed to me in my car; unaware of grease
Leaking through bag on my new coat
Expensive Christmas gift which is now stained
Suggested solution:
Not sure how to get the grease stain out of the jacket.
Should have been made aware of this from
