My complaint:
Order371751111 CHK 9621 Delivered 182022 from Swiss Chalet. I called Swiss Chalet and they told me to contact you. We ordered 2 hot chicken sandwhiches. Delivered with no gravy at all, but had 4 containers of sauce. What happened to the gravy??????

Not sure, but a hot chicken sandwhich is not good without the gravy.
